Outbacks with the 2.5-liter motor can get up to 26 mpg city and 33 mpg highway, respectively, while 2.4-liter turbocharged models can achieve up to 23 mpg city and 30 mpg highway, respectively.

There is 32.5 cu.ft of cargo space behind the rear seats. If you fold the rear seats, you will have 75.7 cu.ft. of space.
