Subaru Announced Pricing On All New 2025 Forester

The all-new 2025 Subaru Forester is finally here, bringing a range of new tech and features. The good news is that the vehicle’s pricing stays fairly close to the previous model’s, so let’s look at the various trims and their starting MSRPs.

2025 Forester Base

MSRP (including $1,395 destination charge): $31,090

The entry-level Forester comes with a reasonable price tag and several great features. It’s powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine making 180 horsepower and 178 pound-feet of torque, and power reaches all four wheels through a continuously variable transmission. It comes with Subaru EyeSight Safety technology, which includes adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, and more. Dual seven-inch touchscreens grace the dash, bringing Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, Bluetooth, a rearview camera, and USB ports.

2025 Forester Premium

MSRP (including $1,395 destination charge): $33,390

The Premium trim adds Subaru’s larger 11.6-inch infotainment touchscreen, which offers wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, SiriusXM with 360L and Travel Link, wireless device charging, and more. Comfort features include a 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, a panoramic moonroof, a reclining rear seatback, heated front seats, rear USB charging ports, and X-Mode with hill descent control. It’s available with an options package for $1,200 that adds blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alerts and a power rear liftgate.

2025 Forester Sport

MSRP (including $1,395 destination charge): $35,890

The Forester Sport steps up to 19-inch bronze wheels and “Sport” badges on its exterior. Inside, StarTex upholstery provides comfort and durability with an easy-to-clean texture, and the steering wheel features bronze inserts. The Sport also gets an upgraded dual-function X-Mode system and comes standard with blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alerts, and a manual-shift mode with eight simulated gears.

2025 Forester Limited

MSRP (including $1,395 destination charge): $37,390

Stepping up to the Limited trim brings an interior upgrade with genuine leather upholstery. It rides on 18-inch wheels and adds a power-adjustable passenger’s seat. There’s also a hands-free power liftgate, a fully heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, and automatic emergency steering. Subaru offers a $1,600 options package that brings a Harman Kardon sound system, navigation, and reverse automatic braking.

2025 Forester Touring

MSRP (including $1,395 destination charge): $41,390

The range-topping Forester Touring gets all the goodies, including 19-inch wheels and a 360-degree surround-view camera system. The driver’s seat has a two-position memory system, and the front seats add ventilation. Rear passengers aren’t left out, as the Touring features rear outboard heating, and buyers have a choice between brown or black perforated leather upholstery.

MSRP (including $1,395 destination charge): $36,265

Subaru offers the beefier Wilderness trim from the previous model year for 2025. It has a unique front fascia and LED fog lights, and the hood is anti-glare for better visibility off-road. StarTex upholstery, all-weather mats, and an all-weather rear cargo tray are standard. The Wilderness also gets an eight-inch infotainment system, and a Harman Kardon sound system is available.
